Miami J’s patented design is indicated for: c-spine precautions for trauma patients, immobilization for pre and post c-spine surgery, and other conditions requiring gross immobilization of the mid-cervical spine.

Bioengineered to minimize pressure points in key known areas: Chin, occiput, trapezius, and clavicle. Miami J offers features that enhance compliance, while providing immobilization, inhibition of skin deterioration, and patient comfort.

Superior Comfort

Miami J is bioengineered to minimize key pressure points like the chin or back of the head. It features comfort adjustment angulation buttons to fine tune fit and relieve pressure, and flexible sternal pads that can be removed for eating, excessive swelling, or for sleeping comfort.

Simple to Use

The Miami J cervical collar's simple sizing system is phenotype-based to make it easy to select your size for a proper fit. Washable, antibacterial Sorbatex™ padding is clinically-proven to inhibit microbial growth.

• Comfort adjustment buttons for occiput and sternal pad is removable when supine, in other lying positions, and swallowing.
• Includes flexible sternal pads that can be removed for eating, excessive swelling, or for sleeping comfort
• Sorbatex™ padding is antibacterial that inhibits microbial growth, enhancing comfort, and helping assure patient compliance.
• X-ray and CT lucent. MR safe.
• This product is recommended for single patient use. Do not reuse on multiple patients
• Follow a qualified healthcare provider's instructions regarding usage and infection control
• Set includes collar and pads plus one additional set of replacement pads.

Please note: The sizing of the Miami J collar is based on 6 phenotypes to ensure correct fit and optimum immobilisation. Phenotype-driven sizing system makes size selection simple while drastically reducing the margin of error in fitting a patient. Each collar has a bioengineered front with a specific back designed to work together for superior immobilisation. Short: Standard size for adult males and short-necked adult females.
Regular: Standard size for adult females and thin, adult males.
