Compact and Maneuverable
One of the daily difficulties powerchair users encounter is maneuvering through tight spaces like doorways. Most standard powerchairs are 25'' wide and given that some doorways are as narrow as 28'' or smaller, it’s a tight squeeze. The KP25.2 is a compact medium size powerchair with an overall width of up to 27'', meaning it is easier to maneuver around tight corners and through narrow doorways.
No Tools Required
The lightweight, foldable frame and the quick release battery design make transport even easier.
Height Adjustable Armrests
According to the user’s requirements, the armrest height can be adjusted to four different heights, allowing for a more comfortable fit.
Lateral Transfer
Lateral transfer is made easier with the flip-up armrests and the detachable swing-away footrests.
Crash Test Approved
The KP25.2 is approved for transportation in accordance with ISO 7176-19. This means it is suitable to be used as a seat in a motor vehicle for transportation.
Additional Notes
The KP25.2 comes with standard fixed-back canes, however, folding-back canes are available on request by special order - these can be seen in some of the images shown including the image of the KP25.2 folded down. The KP25.2 can still be folded with the standard fixed back canes, however, the back canes will not fold in.
We are able to offer 20" depth on the KP25.2 by special request, however, this can only be achieved with extension rails and are not standard. If stump supports or elevating legrests are applied in conjunction with extension rails, modifications to the leg rests will be required to accommodate the extensions.
